Is the Cloud plan really free?
Yes — the Cloud plan is free for up to 300,000 images per month, with no credit card and no trial clock. It stays free every month as long as you're within that limit.
What counts as one image?
Each detection request you send to the API counts as one image against your monthly quota, no matter how many vehicles or plates it contains.
What happens if I reach the 300,000-image limit?
Once you hit the monthly limit, further requests are declined until your quota resets at the start of the next month. If you regularly need more, talk to us about a higher-volume or On-Premises plan.
Are there rate limits on the free plan?
The free Cloud plan allows up to 10,000 images per day at roughly one request per second. Higher sustained throughput and burst limits are available on custom and On-Premises plans.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You create an account, verify your email and get an API key instantly — no card and no commitment.
How much does the On-Premises plan cost?
On-Premises is priced to your deployment — your expected volume, throughput and SLA needs. It runs entirely inside your infrastructure with unlimited images; contact our team for a quote.
Can I upgrade or switch to On-Premises later?
Yes. Start free on the Cloud plan and move to a custom or On-Premises plan whenever your volume, data-residency or SLA requirements grow.
Where is my data processed?
On the Cloud plan, images are processed transiently for inference and any uploaded files are deleted within 24 hours. On-Premises keeps everything inside your own network for full data residency.
